What's the coast and what is included with my space?

Each vendor gets a dedicated space in a high-traffic festival area designed to give your brand expanded room to create a fully customized and impactful setup. Whether you're showcasing products, offering samples, or building an immersive brand experience, this larger footprint allows for greater visibility, engagement, and flow. Power, water, and shade needs can be noted on your application; additional setup details are sent upon approval.

Option 1: $150 10x10 Single Space: Each vendor is provided a 10x10 space, for the three days.

Option 2: $250 10x20 Double Space (save $50): A 20'x10' Vendor Booth are available, for the three days.

Option 3: $500 20x20 Corner Space (save $100): If you want the largest footprint option during this three day event, we have space for 20x20 our biggest area, giving your brand maximum room for an unforgettable setup. Perfect for elaborate displays, large-scale sampling, or fully immersive brand experiences, this premium corner space puts you front and center in a high-traffic environment.

How to Apply

• Complete the official vendor application (button below).

• Read and agree to the TFC Vendor Rules & Regulations.

• Applications are reviewed within 3–7 business days.

• Once approved, you'll receive your official vendor placement, load-in schedule, and festival details.

Do I need a permit or license?

Most food vendors will need at least a Food Handlers certification; some categories require additional permits (health, manufacturing, egg, wholesaler, etc.). Arts & crafts/artisan vendors are exempt. Full details are in the vendor rules document.

Is there a deadline?

Yes — applications are open until August 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM (CDT), or until spots fill, whichever comes first.

What's the refund policy?

All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once approved and assigned a space. Full policy details are provided after registration.
