Garden of Grace at First United Methodist Church.

This garden is managed by Grow Local South Texas. Located behind the First United Methodist Church (900 S Shoreline Blvd) at the intersection of Buford St. and S. Water St. It currently features 30+ free community garden beds, fruit trees, a pergola area with seating and a composting system. Stop by the garden during our open hours on Thursdays from 4:30-5:30PM. Check our social media for community garden events like plant/seed swaps and volunteer days.

As a community garden space on the grounds of The First United Methodist Church, these free gardening spots are a stepping stone for community members to grow healthy, wholesome produce for their households and engage in constructive outdoor activities and fellowship. - First United Methodist Church
